pub(crate) fn toolblox_data_root() -> Result<PathBuf, Error>

Returns the legacy Toolblox data folder, whose v2 subfolder holds current data.

This is %LOCALAPPDATA%\Toolblox on Windows and ~/Library/Application Support/Toolblox on macOS. Debug builds use TOOLBLOX_DATA_DIR instead when it’s set.
